At EPS, learners are not only developed academically, but also spiritually- according to the school’s Statement of Faith. Providing learners an opportunity to grow spiritually and to develop Christian character according to Biblical principles, is a time tested and trusted way to achieve results in the lives of our learners from a young age. Our learners are taught about God’s great love for them, and that God has a very specific plan for their lives. Learners are encouraged to seek God in all they do and to trust Him to reveal his plans through a living relationship with Christ Jesus.

The school exists to partner with parents in the spiritual training of their children towards Christianity as a lifestyle and not merely a philosophy through the following activities:

Daily devotions and group discussions
Personal counselling, as needed through the services of a school counsellor.
Fortnightly chapels (Preschool, Foundation Phase, Intermediate and High School)
Fortnightly assemblies (Whole school)
Life Orientation camps
Community outreaches
Scripture memorisation and Bible quiz
Character development and weekly rewards
Leadership camps

Children of all religious backgrounds are welcome at EPS. However, parents should feel comfortable with the spiritual training of children according to Biblical principles of the Christian faith and according to a Christian world view. This is done according to principles described in the school’s Statement of Faith.
